Rainbow English Sr. Sec. School started the journey of a thousand miles with small and peculiar steps on the land allotted by DDA in 1982. Rainbow school is an independent co-educational Senior Secondary School affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) with the affiliation no. 2730171 and recognized by Directorate of Education N.C.T.
The school set up its senior secondary classes with different streams (Science, Commerce and Humanities) and thus had a meaningful tag attached to it in the year 1990. Now, Rainbow is the 360* infrastructure including the classrooms equipped with smart class, well equipped labs, well stocked library, irresistibly fascinating ample playground, all are perfect examples of sublimity to provide holistic development to the Rainbowites.
Rainbow English Sr. Sec. School is a highly progressive and enterprising school, believes in ‘Honest Labour Pays’ and is pledged to provide quality education with special emphasis on traditional values. Acknowledging the milestones, the school has been covered with International School Award by British Council 2019-22 in the field of education for the second time. In addition, we are proud to be chosen as the Lead Collaborator for the Hub Of Learning, an exchange program conducted by C.B.S.E.
Our faculty comprises highly qualified and experienced teachers who endeavor to impart education which aims at the blooming of the child’s physical, emotional, mental & spiritual personality . With this ideology we shape the students with ACP Classes (Awakened Citizen Program) in collaboration with Rama Krishna Mission. Here, we venture to bestow education which looks beyond the frontiers of formal education through NCC and Scouts & Guides. It is, in fact, a preparation for lifelong learning.
